Abstract The importance of professional learning and development for quality in kindergartens has been established international research. fact that the kindergarten is a organization can be crucial achieving necessary learning. aim this study was to investigate what characterizes Norwegian as organizations. Our research question is: What kind understanding do managers have organization, they believe must learn about perceive characteristics kindergarten?
